We didn't know each other before Hive. We actually met at the very first Hive event in 2024.

After years as a COO in tech building systems and helping teams scale, Ashley started Hive believing women building businesses deserved genuine support, not just generic advice to do more or push through. A place that championed the belief that you could build something meaningful and still have time for the people and things that matter.

Rachel showed up to that first event as a guest. With 13+ years in marketing and content (and a track record of helping clients generate over $15M in growth), she got hooked and became a member that night. Over the next year-and-a-half, she dove headfirst into Hive, becoming a host, leading conversations, and working on marketing projects for the community.
