Hive started as a response to burnout and turned into a blueprint for aligned growth. Through our online membership, Aligned Ambition Days, and the Pollinate program, we give women entrepreneurs the tools, structure, and support to build businesses that feel as good as they look.

I’m a mom, community builder, and business strategist who knows firsthand how hard it can be to grow a business when life is already full.

Hive was born out of my own search for a space where ambition didn’t mean exhaustion—and where strategy and soul could actually coexist. I started this community after navigating the highs and lows of entrepreneurship with a toddler on my hip, a dream in my heart, and no roadmap in sight.

I believe women deserve more than hustle culture and isolation. We deserve clarity, connection, and support that actually moves the needle, without burning us out in the process. That’s what Hive is here to offer.
